The Second China International Import Expo (CIIE) was held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10, 2019.
The rapid growth of medical devices and health market attracts enterprises from all countries to enter China’s big market. CIIE is quite a rare historic opportunity for every country.
As one of the seven exhibition areas of the Second Expo, the medical devices and medical care exhibition is composed of four categories, drug, medical device and service, health product and endowment of rehabilitation. Total number of exhibitors is around 280, including global leading companies and local leading companies, around 60 companies in total.
On the one hand, the growth of medical market demand comes from the increase of population, on the other hand, it comes from the increase of per capita consumption brought by the demand of medical upgrading. With the gradual improvement of people’s health awareness and the acceleration of the aging of society, it is expected that the demand for medical upgrading will continue to rise, the per capita medical expenses will further rise, and the demand for high-quality products and services from abroad will be increasingly larger and larger. The rigid demand of market will keep “big health” growing.
